The composition of this range of different jersey knits was my inspiration for creating this unique pair of leggings. Before having the pleasure of working with these beautiful materials in my studio, I spent years collecting and studying fabrics and the stories they tell. This deep interest in combining textiles of all kinds is at the heart of my creative process.
Different stretchy materials were used to create this unique piece. It is the reuse of fabric scraps generated by the production of other creations that allowed me to create this new assembly. No fabric from my workshop is thrown away, the creation of this piece is fundamentally linked to my upcycling approach.
Crafted with great care and finesse, this unique piece, entirely handmade, required three hours of work to compose, cut and assemble.
